1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sa Fusta Atelier website (safustaatelier.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Sa Fusta Atelier

Sa Fusta Atelier is an artisan woodworking workshop based in Sóller, Mallorca, Spain. We create handcrafted wooden products in olive, almond, carob, and citrus wood.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and the natural variations in wood, each piece is unique. Colors, grain patterns, and dimensions may vary slightly from photographs.

3.2 Custom Commissions

For custom commissions:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work
• The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping
• Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Major design changes after work begins may incur additional charges

3.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or stock availability issues.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes for EU customers. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of order confirmation.

4.3 Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit cards through Stripe. All payment information is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your complete payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping

We ship within Spain and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products in their original, unused condition. Contact us before returning any item.

6.2 Exclusions

The following are not eligible for returns:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items not in original condition

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Product Care

Our wooden products require proper care to maintain their beauty and longevity:

• Hand wash only with mild soap; never put in dishwasher
• Dry immediately after washing
• Periodically treat with food-safe mineral oil or wood butter
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water or extreme temperatures

Failure to follow care instructions may void any warranty claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and product designs, is the property of Sa Fusta Atelier and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We sell products through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, eBay, and others). When purchasing through these platforms, their terms of service and policies also apply. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sa Fusta Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands, Spain.
